GIMA - Manufacturing and Warehouse Facilities

Gelato Ingredients Manufacturers of Australia (GIMA) is the only gelato ingredients manufacturer in Australia.

The company was established in 2008 and Seven Metres Square helped the business to develop and design the 365 sq.m Gelato Emporium in Bulli [opened 2014] which includes gelato ingredient manufacturing, a cafe and retailing space.

It’s great to be working with GIMA again to design their new manufacturing facilities and headquarters in Kirrawee. At 660 sq.m the factory space includes; the corporate office, manufacturing facilities, freezer room and large format storage. Completion is expected in early 2021.
