It’s the combination of the vendors culture, interior design and visual merchandising all communicating in the physical setting.

The retail store should reflect the values of the business and support the personality of the brand; the store creates this mood and atmosphere for the products to shine in.

The ‘Silent Salesperson’ is the store itself, it has the capability to engage customers and sell itself when designed as part of a successful retail strategy.
