Bourke Street Bakery - Commercial Kitchen

This large scale commercial production kitchen, warehouse and distribution space for Bourke Street Bakery is designed to operate 24 hours a day. It enables the business to centralise all of its food production, cooking, baking and ingredient storage together under one roof.

Included within the fitout are warehouse storage, cool rooms, flour silo storage, large deck ovens, production kitchens, staff and office facilities and general amenities for the business to operate more efficiently. Every morning a small fleet of trucks distribute the freshly created and baked products to the network of stores and cafes ready for that day’s trade.

Responsibilities included; design and documentation for construction and the approval process with site supervision during construction.
